The Association of Children’s Librarians of Northern California has a website devoted to children’s book “read-alikes,” i.e., if you like a certain author or book, you might like these others. The website is organized by book title, author, series, or subject.

Guys Read is a web-based literacy program for boys founded by author and First National Ambassador of Young People’s Literature Jon Scieszka. The website’s mission is to help boys become self-motivated, lifelong readers.
