Room Reservations
Patrons may reserve rooms AT YOUR OWN RISK (because of COVID-19). Facial coverings/masks are RECOMMENDED while using study rooms or the community room.

Mooresville Public Library is pleased to offer patrons the use of our meeting rooms. Simply reserve the room in advance. Instructions for reserving your room can be found below. Please be sure to review a copy of our policies for the use of these rooms.
Study Room Reservations
Community Room Reservations
STEP ONE: Complete the community room application form and the waiver/release form by clicking the red button (left) and filling-out the forms online. Be sure to click the send buttons to submit the forms.
STEP THREE: There is a $30 refundable security deposit to use the community room. If you plan to serve food and beverages (other than vending machine snacks or capped bottles), then there is a $30 non-refundable food fee. These must be paid in advance of room use. Payment by check or cash may be made at our circulation desk or by mailing to Mooresville Public Library, 220 West Harrison Street, Mooresville, IN 46158.
USING OUR COMMUNITY ROOM CEILING PROJECTOR
Click the links below for instructions how to use the community room ceiling projector with the computer or Blu-Ray player (in the locked cabinet), as well as with laptops that have HDMI or VGA ports (you would need to supply your own laptop).
Using the community room ceiling projector and wall control panel with:
- The computer in the locked cabinet;
- A laptop with an HDMI connection;
- A laptop with a VGA connection;
- The Blu-Ray player in the locked cabinet;
- Volume controls
Children's Program Room Reservations
Child-related organizations or groups may reserve the children’s program room by calling us at (317) 831-7323. Please note: library-related programs have priority to use this room, so please call well ahead of the date you need to ensure availability. If the room is occupied, please consider reserving our community room instead.
